All parcels will be shipped by Canada Post Expedited Service.

Taxes and Insurance are included in shipping cost quoted.

Shipping cost will be applied to your total order.

Our goal is to ship your package on the same day that payment is received.

Exchanges and Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us!

While we will do our best to help you with purchasing decisions, sometimes items may need to be returned to us. Problems with your order must be reported to us within 15 days of you receiving your package. If we are unable to resolve the problem, an exchange or refund will be offered based on the problem. Cost of all shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser.

Please note: There are no refunds or exchanges on breastpumps (once opened), bras & tanks (once worn, washed or tags removed), cloth diapers (once washed or used) Unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
